1. Electrical Consumables Not Included

Please note that electrical consumables such as solar cables, DC/AC isolators, protection meters, fuses, and additional site-specific screws or fixings are not supplied as part of this DIY package. Because cable run lengths vary drastically depending on your property's layout, we recommend sourcing these locally from your preferred electrical wholesaler. (If you require us to quote and supply these items separately, please get in touch with our team prior to ordering).

2. Mandatory Delivery Inspection

Please thoroughly check all packages for transit damages BEFORE signing the delivery note. Once the packages are signed for without a damage report, we cannot accept any liabilities for broken panels or damaged components. If you notice any damage upon arrival, please take clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged items, and report them straight back to us immediately so we can assist you.

Our solar experts are ready to offer technical guidance when you are unsure of what to do. Please note this is an additional service we offer for customers who are not confident enough and need help with DIY. It is a chargeable service.
