Shipping Terms

At Sunvault we partner up with a selection of third-party courier services such as DHL, UPS, Fedex, DPD, Evri, ParcelForce etc., for shipping products within the UK*:

1. Handling Time: This will typically around 1-3 days depending on the time of a year. During Christmas period this could be potentially longer, please expect about a week.

2. Delivery Time: Delivery will typically be 2-3 days. Delivery times may vary based on your location within the UK and the courier service used.

3. Shipping Costs: Ordinarily shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and size/weight of the package. As part of our introductory offer we include free shipping for items weighing up to 20kgs. Please note: We reserve the right to retract this offer at any time without giving any notice.

4. Tracking: We will provide a tracking number whenever we can once your order is shipped. Please not, it is not always possible to provide such tracking number because some courier or freight companies don't have tracking service.
