Shipping Terms

At Sunvault we partner up with a selection of third-party courier services such as DHL, UPS, Fedex, DPD, Evri, ParcelForce etc., for shipping products within the UK*:

1. Handling Time: This will typically around 1-3 days depending on the time of a year. During Christmas period this could be potentially longer, please expect about a week.

2. Delivery Time: Delivery will typically be 2-3 days. Delivery times may vary based on your location within the UK and the courier service used.

3. Shipping Costs: Ordinarily shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and size/weight of the package.

   • For heavy batteries such as home battery storage or commercial ESS, these items are delivered by pallet freighters with appropriate qualification (dangerous goods handling), which increases cost. We subsidise a portion of the delivery cost to help reduce the burden. However, please note: these freight services have got a ground level delivery policy, therefore if you live in an apartment block, you would need to make arrangement to move the item from ground level.

   • As part of our introductory offer we include free shipping for items weighing up to 20kgs. Please note: We reserve the right to retract this offer at any time without giving any notice.

4. Tracking: We will provide a tracking number whenever we can once your order is shipped. Please note, it is not always possible to provide such tracking number because some courier or freight companies don't provide such tracking services.
