Meet the Zendure SolarFlow 2400 Pro, the ultimate AI-driven balcony and rooftop solar storage system. Designed for maximum energy independence, this next-generation powerhouse combines a massive 3000W DC PV input, 2400W bi-directional AC power, and ZENKI™ 2.0 AI optimisation to deliver unparalleled savings and seamless smart home integration.
Whether you are retrofitting an existing solar setup or building a new balcony system from scratch, the SolarFlow 2400 Pro is engineered to maximise every ray of sunlight and every penny of your energy savings.
Key Features & Benefits
☀️ 3000W DC PV Input | Expandable to 4800W with AC Coupling
Get more solar in with ultimate flexibility. The 2400 Pro features 4 independent MPPTs delivering up to 3000W DC input. Need even more? Add up to 1800W via AC coupling (off-grid port), bringing your total solar input capacity to an impressive 4800W.
- 18A Max Current: Supports most mainstream high-power PV panels.
- 99.9% MPPT Efficiency: Converts more sunlight into usable energy than ever before.
🌅 14V Low-Voltage Start – Generate Earlier in Low Light
Capture sunlight earlier and longer. With an industry-leading 14V low-voltage start, the 2400 Pro begins generating power in cloudy conditions, dawn, and dusk up to 12.5% more than typical 16V-start designs.
⚡ 2400W Bi-Directional AC Power
From everyday essentials to higher-power kitchen loads, the 2400W bi-directional AC output helps run more of your home on stored solar energy. During peak-price hours, it seamlessly discharges to reduce costly grid draw, ensuring you get the most out of every kilowatt-hour.
🔋 2.4kWh to 16.8kWh: Scale as You Grow
Start with a robust 2.4kWh built-in LiFePO₄ battery and effortlessly expand up to 16.8kWh with up to 5 stackable AB3000L add-on batteries. This scalable design is perfect for future higher-demand loads like EV charging and heat pumps.
🧠 AI Prediction & Scheduling (ZENKI™ 2.0)
Take the guesswork out of energy savings. ZENKI™ 2.0 learns your usage patterns and forecasts PV yield and electricity prices to automate charging and discharging:
- High Price: Prioritises battery discharge (including for heat pumps / EVs).
- Low Price: Charges from the grid.
- Negative Price: Maximises low-cost energy for home use and charging.
📈 Higher Self-Consumption (+60%+)
Store surplus solar during the day and use it at night. Compared to standard micro-inverter export, integrated storage can lift self-consumption by over 60%, maximising the financial value of your green energy.
🛡️ ZenGuard™ 3-Tier Safety Architecture
Your safety is paramount with a comprehensive, multi-layer protection system:
1. Predictive Prevention (Dual-Shield BMS): A built-in local BMS monitors key parameters in real time, while a cloud-based layer adds periodic health analysis and fault prediction.
2. Active Maintenance: Intelligent self-maintenance prevents over-discharge via smart SOC control, low-temperature self-heating, and combined AC + PV recharging.
3. Last Line of Defense: An integrated condensed aerosol fire-suppression system activates at high temperatures to suppress incidents without harmful residue.
🌐 Advanced HEMS & Smart Home Integration
The Home Energy Management System (HEMS) brings PV, storage, grid, and household loads together into one unified view:
- Broad Compatibility: Works with Shelly (Pro 3EM Pro, Pro 3EM-400, Pro 3EM-3CT63, 3EM) and EverHome (EcoTracker IR, EcoTracker P1).
- Smart Coordination: Supports 5000+ heat pump and Tesla EV charging coordination.
- Open API: MQTT supported for seamless integration with Home Assistant, Homey, and more.
- UK Ready: Covers 25 major UK energy providers and is 100% compatible with existing rooftop PV inverters on the market.
🌧️ All-in-One, Weatherproof Design
Featuring an IP65-rated design and built-in battery self-heating, the unit is built to withstand the UK climate, operating reliably from -20°C to +55°C. Backed by a 10-year warranty and designed for up to a 15-year lifespan.
Easy Setup in Clear Steps
1. Stack the batteries.
2. Connect your PV system.
3. Hardwire to the consumer unit.
4. Activate in the Zendure App. Done!
⚠️ Important: Hardwired installation must be carried out by a Part P-qualified electrician to ensure compliance with UK wiring regulations (BS 7671) and G98/G99 grid codes.
